You do not need to reconnect an account to request deletion. Contact the team directly if you cannot access the workspace.
1. Disconnect the account in Foundry
Open the workspace’s Connections page, locate the account and choose Disconnect.
This removes locally stored connection credentials and permissions and cancels pending delivery records that explicitly refer to that connection.
For Google: Foundry also removes saved account identity, cached channel or ad-account details and selections, and provider details in recognized connection-related activity records. It then attempts to revoke the Google grant when a readable token is available. Check the returned result: local removal can finish even when Google does not confirm revocation. Use the next step to finish or verify provider-side removal.
Other Google services may be affected. Revocation covers the permissions granted to the same Google app project for this account. Disconnecting one Gmail, YouTube or Google Ads entry can require those other services to reconnect. Foundry disconnects recognized connections sharing the account and saved sign-in setup across brands in the workspace; it cannot identify every connection covered by Google’s project-wide grant.
For other providers: the current disconnect action removes local credentials; remove the grant in the platform’s settings as described below.
Earlier prompts, creative drafts, media, user-authored plans and unrelated activity are preserved. Disconnect is not deletion of the whole workspace.
2. Remove the platform’s permission
Open the connected platform’s own security or app-permissions settings to remove or verify removal of Apex Foundry’s access. For Google, this is the fallback if Foundry reports that revocation was not confirmed or could not be attempted. Even an accepted Google revocation can take a short time to take full effect.
- For Gmail, YouTube and Google Ads, use Google Account permissions.
- For Facebook or Meta business access, review Apps and Websites or Business Integrations in your Facebook account settings. Direct Instagram access can be managed in Instagram’s connected-app settings.
- For LinkedIn, review permitted services in your LinkedIn account settings.
- For Outlook or custom email, remove the connected app or revoke the app password with the email provider.
Removing a platform grant stops that grant from being used. It does not itself delete drafts and records that Foundry previously saved.
3. Request deletion of saved data
Email hitarthdesai01@gmail.com with the subject “Apex Foundry data deletion”.
Include:
- The brand or workspace name.
- The connected account email or public channel identifier, if the request concerns a connection.
- Whether you want connected-account records removed, specific work removed, or the entire workspace removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the initial email. The operator may need to verify that you control the workspace before removing data.
Deletion requests are handled manually in this pilot.
Ask for confirmation of which records were removed, which external services may need a separate request, and whether any records remain. If you need an update, reply to your original request.
What a deletion request can cover
Identify the information you want removed: saved account names and identifiers, selections, connection history, chat and briefs, public-source research, generated copy and media, feedback, campaign proposals, and associated activity records.
Content already published or delivered to another platform is outside local workspace deletion. Any copy retained by an AI or delivery service is subject to that service’s controls. Deleting a Foundry draft does not delete a live social post, a mailbox message or a video on another platform.
The current pilot has no automatic deletion-request tracking page or published completion deadline. Requests are handled through the support inbox. Reply to your request to ask about its status or completion.
